Children who are 3 or 4 years old and are toilet trained are eligible for enrolment in our program.
We may accept children who turn 3 years old after March 1st (must be 30 months) but as younger children change our staff: student ratios, each student will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.*
A parent or guardian is required to accompany his/her child to the first day of classes. This day will be a shortened day, and will split the children into two shifts of one hour each.
For children entering the program after September, we will do a modified form of the orientation day.
Our ratio is fully covered by our paid staff, therefore there are no mandatory parent roster days at WillowWood. We do however encourage parents to come join us on your child's "special day", which occurs 3-4x per year. This year's parents have found this a very fun experience for both themselves and their child.
In order to maximize the experience for both the parents and their child, and to follow the rules put forth by our licensing agreement, alternate childcare arrangements for siblings will be required for any in-classroom helping.
We have printed forms available in the church office, or you can click here to download a PDF form.
A one-time $50 registration fee (per child) is required at the time of registration.
A one-time $50 special events fee will be collected in September. This fee covers field trips (including bussing), and special celebrations (like Mother's Day).
Tuition is $100 per month. No matter how many actual classes there are in the month, the fee remains a flat rate. Tuition is non-refundable for absences or holidays. Parents will be asked to set up an automatic withdrawal system when they register.
Your tuition covers teacher's salaries, daily snacks, crafts, and other supplies.
Government subsidies are available to families with a stay-at-home parent or those that are under a certain income level.
